Our demands

Reform child and adult protectionThe current regulations favour abuse of power and a lack of transparency. Clear, fair and citizen-friendly laws are needed.
Make recruitment transparentThe selection processes at KESB, KJZ, municipal offices, district councils, courts and public prosecutors must be objective - so that only qualified, independent and persons of integrity are appointed.
Strengthen oversight and accountabilityOversight bodies such as district councils or municipal offices must not serve as token functions, but must work independently and close to citizens.
Abolish bail requirementsFinancial barriers before court proceedings prevent access to justice and must be completely eliminated.
Distribute state support fairlyPayments and allowances should benefit both households upon separation - in the interests of child welfare.
